Great idea, unfortunately I just bought one of those mirrors two weeks ago and they don’t have the bar anymore so this idea won’t work to attach the lamp head.

In reply to Diana. Hi Diana! I haven't found an alternative, unfortunately. But I'm always on the lookout! Surprisingly, the gold paint has held up really well on the accordion part. However, like most anything, if you went to town on it, the paint would chip.

In reply to Chara. Super bummer. It doesn't look like Target is offering the table lamp version any longer. :( The table lamp was in the low $20's and I caught them on sale, so they were each around $12. Hopefully Target comes out with another affordable stick table lamp this year!
