Last year we made Real Simple’s quick and easy popovers (served with crème fraîche and berries) and it worked so well, I think we’ll do it again this year. With just five basic ingredients, the batter whips together in roughly 5 minutes, it’s divided between muffin cups, then popped in the oven so you can enjoy the gift opening without missing a beat.  Serve popovers with crème fraîche, jam, fresh berries, and you’ll have breakfast covered in no time. Check out Real Simple for the recipe!
