Major physical changes, extra dietary requirements, and feeling a bit up-in-the-clouds spacey (it’s true!), to name a few. So far, I’ve been  rolling with all of it, and then my sleep pattern began to change, and I started becoming restless at night, mostly from having to sleep on my side. I’ve always been a great sleeper, so when things started to go downhill, I decided we needed to do something about it. We need all the sleep we can get before this bébé arrives! Our bedroom was one of the spaces in our home that didn’t get a ton of love when we moved in about a year ago. We pretty much plopped our furniture in place and focused on the more immediate changes we needed to make elsewhere in the home, a.k.a. the kitchen. However, now that we’re expecting, I spend more time in our bedroom, and want to make it a cozy space conducive to sleep.
