In reply to gwenna. Hi Gwenna! The fabric for the skirt is 15" long by 45" wide. The 15" is the length of the skirt, and The 45" length gets gathered and sewn to the t-shirt. The dress is for a size 2T toddler, so 15" long is proportionate. However, feel free to add extra width for a more gathered effect around the waist, or length, for a longer dress.
